勃根地Macon——名酒「法」門
法國勃根地（Burgundy）是世界知名酒鄉，酒莊葡萄園幾乎處處可見，隨時可讓遊人一嘗名釀香氣。惟要有更深刻好玩的美酒體驗，則要來到區內小鎮馬孔（Macon）近郊的葡萄酒樂園Hameau Duboeuf，這裏除是試酒及選購的好地方，園內還以好玩方法全面介紹地道名酒的特質，稱得上是欣賞勃根地名釀的不二法門！
我這趟乘河船Amadeus Symphony號暢遊羅納河及索恩河的沿岸地區，其中一大重點，便是於法國其中一大產酒聖地勃根地，細嘗美酒香氣，而首站正是馬孔。勃根地地區向以出產Pinot Noir紅酒而享負盛名，惟這個區內最南部的小鎮，卻以Beaujolais更為馳名，我們船隻靠岸後再轉車遊走，便見山頭滿是葡萄園地，雖然初春之時新芽仍未長出，卻已像散發出濃郁的「酒氣」，沿路細賞滿眼綠意，不經不覺已來到近郊別具趣意的葡萄酒樂園Hameau Duboeuf。
已開業二十年的園地，是個十分全面的賞酒玩樂設施，三萬平方米的莊園中，集合了葡萄園、試酒、博物館等多方面的遊趣，而單是介紹勃根地名釀的展覽場地，便已叫人目不遐給。
甫進猶如火車站的樂園入口，已覺場地典雅之餘，還帶著與別不同的趣意，進到館內各部展覽，更是繽紛悅目，當中除詳細講述不同酒莊名釀的特質，更透過各式釀造器具和古老收藏，全面介紹當地的產酒歷史及生產過程，只是細看過由酒桶、酒瓶，以至酒塞等豐富的酒類藏品，已令人眼界大開，較特別是館中還展覽了釀造Beaujolais的嘉美葡萄（Gamay）等不同品種的葡萄枝，喜愛研究紅酒的朋友來到，定可在此流連上半天！
其實Hameau Duboeuf既以葡萄酒樂園而自居，園內當然不只博物館的展覽。館中每逢夏日來到，都會開放園地的Beaujolais公園，在此靜賞葡萄枝和一嗅清幽花香，已覺悠然寫意，此外，園中更設有帶領遊客四周參觀的觀光小火車，再加上如小型高爾夫球等玩意，實是酒客天地之餘，也適合闔家同樂的好地方。
只是若然時間所限未能悉數盡享各樣設施，也不可錯過部分精華重點，當中包括館內一家動感影院「Cine-Up!」，便教大小朋友也玩得盡興，遊人只要參與遊戲，即化身成為小蜜蜂，飛越馬孔及Beaujolais地區的山巒美境，期間還附上不同感觀效果，相當惹笑好玩。參觀玩樂過後，終到最期待的試酒時間。來到環境如懷舊劇院的場地，侍酒員不但把白酒Chadonnay、Pinot Noir和Beaujolais等三款地道名產逐一奉上，還附送地道特色小吃讓我們佐酒，期間更細心講解每款酒的特質。試過名物覺得滿意，便可來到隔鄰的廣闊購物場地，除有大量美酒可供挑選，還有不少關於酒的精品小物，最終各人當然滿載而歸！
